Conditions for Refund
- Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the subscription start date and a data usage of less than 2GB. Once per customer. Only for one product/service. No crypto refunds (for technical and privacy reasons).
- Digital Services: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly if technical issues cannot be resolved or if the service has not been activated.
Refund Process
- Initiating a Refund: Contact us through the support options available on our website. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Review: We will assess your situation to determine if a refund is applicable.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
- Non-Refundable Services: Services consumed or digital products downloaded are not eligible for refunds.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where partial use of service has occurred, a prorated refund may be considered.
- Crypto Refunds: No refunds are possible for crypto payments.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your credit card company or in your PayPal account; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
