Refund Request
You can request a refund provided that all the following conditions are met:
- Refund is requested in the first 48-hours of your first proxy purchase (based on payment method, IP, email etc).
- Only first proxy is eligible for a refund (subsequent orders/proxies are not refundable).
- No more than 2 GB of bandwidth was used.
- No excessive account creation.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
Once the above conditions are met, you will be refunded for the first payment for your first, initial order. Any other or additional orders you made in those first 24-hours are not eligible for a refund. In other words, you cannot order and request refunds for multiple orders.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe). Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be approved. It may take longer for it to show up in your account due to PayPal or Stripe.
